Motion for the Annual General Meeting

Section 9.1.4 of the Constitution (12th Modification February 2010) of Farnham Angling Society states:

All motions, other than those from the Executive Committee for discussion at the General meeting shall be forwarded in writing to reach the Secretary on or before 31st October. The motion shall be signed by the proposer and seconder both of whom must be Senior paid up Members, and be present at the meeting.
Motions require a simple majority vote for approval. In the event of a tie, the Chairman shall have the casting vote.
