Farnham Angling Society’s Junior teach-ins are fun days organised for juniors to take advantage of free coaching to improve their fishing and help them catch fish, whilst respecting the environment.

Our teach-ins are run by EA qualified angling coaches and are background checked to ensure safety.

Our teach-in sessions for this year are:

Sunday 19th April 2009
Float Fishing for Beginners at Kings Pond.
Limited to 10 Juniors.
Time: 09:00 to 15:00

Sunday 31st May 2009
Carp Fishing for Beginners at Badshot Lea Small Pond. Limited to 10 Juniors.
Time: 10.00am to 10.00am.

Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th June 2009:
24 Hour Carp Fishing Teach-In at Badshot Lea Big Pond. Limited to 8 Juniors who must be aged between 14-16 to attend these overnight teach-ins, have parental consent and have suitable clothing and shelter. Download details

Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th July 2009:
24 Hour Carp Fishing Teach-In at Badshot Lea Big Pond. Limited to 8 Juniors who must be aged between 14-16 to attend these overnight teach-ins, have parental consent and have suitable clothing and shelter. Download details

Sunday 16th August 2009:
Kings Pond Junior Teach-In.
Assisted by Environment Agency coaches, followed by a Free BBQ for all Juniors that have attended during 2009. Limited to 10 Juniors.
Time: 9.00am to 14.00am.

Saturday 6th September 2009:
Barbel teach-In at Stanford End, River Loddon. Hosted by: Dave Benton & Trefor West. Limited to 12 Juniors.
Time: 06:00 to 18:00
