This 4.4 acre lake is a very pretty, secluded and peaceful lake, with bars, islands and bays: so there are plenty of features to fish to.

There are approximately 40 Carp, some of which were stocked in 2010, Common Carp 26lb and Mirror Carp 29lb 3oz.

There are some Tench as well, but other silver fish stocks are largely unknown and will reveal themselves in due course.

Tackle and Tactics

Carp fishing on this venue can be very rewarding with exceptional specimens falling to the obvious bottom tactics.

Use bottom tactics to present baits on the bars or in the silty gullies for best results, and margins can be well worth the effort if you are quiet!
